We are a boutique consultancy, focussing on innovative but practical ways to help leaders think about & improve their leadership practice.

We each have practical leadership experience within a range of industries – so we do appreciate first hand, the struggles and dilemmas of leadership.

We share a passion for helping leaders lead in way which is authentic and powerful; and creates positive impacts on people and the business. We believe this genuine enthusiasm comes across in our work.

In addition to the above, we hold the following specific beliefs about what we do :

• The type of leadership people demonstrate has to be congruent with the person to be effective – people cannot effectively fake leadership! We help people think about the type of leader they want to be and the type of leader they are now - and which actions and thinking will make the difference;
• Clients deserve straight talk; you will know who we are! We will almost always gain valuable insights as we work on a project within your business and we see it as part of our role to share our thinking with you - not keep it in our heads;
• We think it important to mention here that whilst technically qualified to undertake this important work, we realise that we too are continually learning – we are not always perfect! – we learn new things every day. However,  we  genuinely believe that we add real value to organisations in a variety of ways – our clients frequently tell us so.
