Janet Hohne  Managing Partner

Janet is an experienced Organisation Development Professional. Formerly from the UK, she  has spent the past ten years consulting in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Janet’s work has led to significant business improvements across a variety of sectors including, manufacturing, financial services, energy, heavy industry, IT and the public sector. 

Janet’s consulting career includes six years with the Hay Group where she delivered a wide range of business performance improvement solutions for clients. Janet worked as a senior consultant, developing business, leading and implementing major organisational change projects and managing other consultants within a project.

Prior to her consulting experience, Janet held senior Organisation Development & Leadership roles; most recently as Head of Organisation Development for United Utilities, the UK’s first multi-utility, where she was responsible for senior development and succession, performance management and the selection of talent..

Examples of consulting assignments include:

  • Designing measurable Leadership Capabilities for a heavy industrial in a time of strategic change.  Conducting assessments for each of the Executives against this framework to assess untapped business potential and identify potential business risk
  • Design and facilitation of a leadership development program for senior and middle managers within a Global Food Manufacturer to achieve higher levels of innovation, productivity and quality.
  • Facilitation of top team strategy development workshop in Australia’s  major Energy Retailer to provide the opportunity for long term strategic thought and help the team clarify their response to a range of internal and external complexities.
  • Design and facilitation of a coaching program for sales managers within one of the world’s largest  IT Company’s to increase sales.
  • Facilitating a development intervention for Customer Service Managers within a National Airline to motivate airline crew to deliver the brand promise.
  • Design and facilitation of a senior development program for senior executives within a Global Bank to sustain a momentum for change on their strategy for growth.
  • Designing and running organisation wide leadership interventions within a major Australian Steel Manufacturer to improve safety performance. 

Janet has an MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
