We help teams become more effective and productive
both in terms of what they focus on within meetings as a shared
agenda and how they work together to achieve business outcomes.
Our work in this area includes:
stand-alone facilitation services to help teams clarify
their business strategy in the context of the external issues
and opportunities affecting their current and future markets
and the internal factors which affect their competence to
we help teams think through issues of execution. During
the consultation process, we share relevant research on what
makes teams effective in order to give people a picture on
the characteristics of outstanding teams. The process also
helps the team diagnose its relative strengths and weaknesses
against proven characteristics i.e. the factors which both
help and inhibit a teams ability to create and execute strategy.
This helps individuals and members overcome personal and
group blocks which prevent information sharing , effective
exploration of creative options and effective decision-making.
We also encourage the group to think about its role in managing
the momentum required to deliver outcomes.
On-going team coaching forms part of our proposal to enhance
effectiveness, This includes attendance at several meetings
following the development event to help the team embed the
new ways of working.
